Write math
------------

To write a numbered equation which can be referenced using the standard latex syntax:

.. code-block:: rst

    .. math::
        :label: eq:name

        \cfrac{\partial f}{\partial \theta} 

To reference an equation:

.. code-block:: rst

    :eq:`eq:name`

Please disregard all the equation environment which is used in this latex documentation and use the one given above.
