Labels and references

To set a label before a target:

.. _`label name`:

To reference a point in the current file:

:ref:`link text <label name>`

To reference an other file itself:

:doc:`link text <relative_path_from_current/file>`

To use the label name as link text, just drop the link text and the <>. Without link text, the document reference will use the top title of the target file.
